I feel like I was overcharged on mileage and gas. I'm not going to dispute it because I feel like I'm powerless to the mileage and gas meters of the vehicle, but according to Google maps, I traveled 32 miles tops, and was charged for 42 miles. I feel like the meters are calibrated to overcharge people, but who could prove that. The gas quote was $6/gallon. I went 32 miles and was charged $28 for gas.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe app lagged at checkin & I had to call customer service. The mileage was also recorded inaccurately at pickup. The gas was also less than the 1/2 tank that it was supposed to be at. I have pictures as well
Keeva MBob was great, helped in backing up and unhooked the dolly.
Jose GExcelente service y comodida
Carlos RThe representative at this location was very knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally, they did a walk around with me to ensure that we were in agreement with the trailer's condition. The representative demonstrated how to use the equipment and assisted with hitching the equipment to my tow vehicle. Upon return, the representative assisted with trailer placement and unhitching. It was an excellent experience overall.
