Make sure the rental location answers their phone. I shouldn't have to go in person to check availability and make a reservation. I called twice an hour apart and they would pickup the phone and immediately hang up without saying anything. Very frustrating!!

Lady Didn't speak English. Figured out I had to drop off the trailer myself in the back of the building in the mud. No one come to unhitch. Luckily I have experience from past rentals. Used the Uhawl app to return. Took photos and left. Staff onsite was not helpful.

Mark KSignage at the front door would be helpful. We we not sure which door to use but knew we had the right place because of the many U-Haul trucks at the back of the building and key drop box near the entrance door that we decided must be the right one. Again, the lady at the desk was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. I would also give her and the staff a 5-star rating. I have never used U-Haul before, but based on my experience with this move, I will not hesitate to recommend U-Haul to anyone planning a move.
