The location didn't have clear labeling or direction. The uhaul was missing the gas cap, truck was on E. Customer service was good, thank God.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulVery friendly staff. I went in without a reservation and was out with a truck in 15 minutes.
Sterling GEven though the location was closed on Saturday it was easy renting the vehicle using my phone. The location was convenient for me.
Joel SHard to describe the area. The gentleman who took my keys said that another woman would settle the account, but she was not available. So I left the keys with him, took video of the trucks condition (which was excellent) and left. I later received an email that the account was zero balance. The man who took the keys was very friendly, but was a bit short with me, not in a bad way, but like he had several other things to do.
RICHARD KFast and Friendly. Exactly what I reserved and easy to work with.
