Close to my house. Once arrived to the lot, had to pass it in order to be able to get into the one way driveway. No where to park and was difficult to find the correct staff. Once found, easy to check out and be finished.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulU-Haul needs to test and fix its software. The online ordering process is peculiar in the it's not clear if the order was set (I had to drive to the pickup site to be sure). U-Haul's mover help software segment is broken as it continually asked for my phone number and never connected to a mover (I ended up loading the truck myself instead). The mobile phone check-in process took almost an hour to complete and much of it could have been done at the initial ordering process. U-Haul should subtract an hour's rental time for app users. Lastly, the mobile phone checkout process never completed. I did it twice, and the app still prompted me to complete the check out.
Robert MThe app was totally useless. I had to wait for the location to open 3 hours later than I reserved the truck. The staff was great, and very helpful. Your uhaul app was very frustrating, and I would NOT recommend anyone to use it.
