I rented a 6x12 tandem axle enclosed trailer. I had to get help to get it on my hitch as there is not an adjustable jack stand on this unit.

I was happy with the service for the most part, but the service clerk didn't seem to know a lot about the business. I only wanted the truck for one day, and was put in for a two day rental, was charged a hundred dollars over the online quote, and when I asked if I would get any of my money back if I didn't keep the truck for the two days(which I didn't, I only had it for 18 hours) I was told " I'm not sure"...I'm

We had originally wanted a 20-foot truck but were told none were available and that we'd be getting a 26-foot truck at no extra cost. We were fine with that until we got to the pick-up location and were told that they did have a 20-foot, and that the person who'd gotten it had wanted a 26-foot. So that problem COULD have been solved then and there but it wasn't.... and good thing it wasn't because the guy that got stuck with the 20-foot complained that the check engine light was on. The owner told him it was no big deal, but this guy was travelling 1200 miles. A check engine light on an unfamiliar vehicle is a big deal even if you're going 10 miles! To top this whole fiasco off, we ended up waiting an hour to get our truck even though there were only 2-3 people ahead of us. The owner/manager was very short, almost rude, as well. We will never do business with them again even if it means we must drive 50 miles to pick up a truck.

I rented a 26' truck from this location. It rained the night I loaded it, and the next day I unloaded the boxes in "mom's attic" to find some of them soaked. Fortunately the contents were wrapped in plastic and were not damaged. My brand new mattresses were also up there, and if they had gotten wet, water stains would void the warranty. Overall I was pleased with my experience, but there needs to be some more training for the rental agents. Even after providing my information online, it still took quite some time to complete the process.
