for dropoff I arrived about 10 minutes before closing and the door was already locked. I delivered the truck 1 day early so he wasn't expecting me. He re-opened, but then jus told me to park the truck and give him the key. He didn't actually check the truck in until the next morning at 8:00 am.

jesse gGood service. Only suggestion is to make sure you pick the right size truck. The 10 foot box has the tire wells inside the truck. Better than they used to be when the wells were rounded and more intrusive, but worth factoring into your capacity calculations.
