Good Day, Upon arriving at the destination, I informed the woman working that I had already uploaded my drivers license, she told me I did not - which is incorrect. I informed her that I reserved the vehicle with approximately 15 miles of usage, if I didn’t use all of the miles will I be reimbursed? She said no. I asked why not, she didn’t have an answer. I also informed her that I was declining the insurance for the vehicle yet, she put it on there. When I returned the vehicle and informed her that I was being charged for the insurance, again she told me that I was not 🙄 when I clearly see it on the receipt. I hope there can be a coaching conversation where she can adapt more so to listen to understand rather than listen to respond. Overall if I ever need services again, I will most definitely not return to this location, nor will I recommend anyone here. Note: She did end up removing the charge for the insurance however, this was more time out of my day that was wasted. I get mistakes can, it’s human nature- but being told repeatedly that I am wrong and/or incorrect when in fact the error was on the other end. Not a good way to treat a patron.
