Employees were extremely unprofessional. Customer service was non existent both times we interacted with the front staff. Sign on front door stated they require masks upon entry. All three employees did not follow their rules or CDC guidelines. Would not recommend this location to others.SERICA G.

This location was clean and nice. Some of the personnel was in training and did not find some of my reservations online. Had to get another personnel member to help. No mask were worn by any of the staff which is not major but personnel that was helping me complained of allergies and sniffling. Rita was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and accommodating. Van was pristine, operated perfectly and was pleasant to use. Returning said same was even better. I did everything online before my pick up scheduled at 9.30AM. I arrived at 9.18AM. I finished my transaction at 10.05AM. Then when I went to my truck, it was in the middle of 2 other trucks! So I had to go BACK inside which took another 15minutes. Then the "moving help" I purchased online with my reservation, was 2.5hrs LATE arriving at my location. There were a pallets of boxes in the customer service area. Not sure why they were there, but seem unsafe as you couldn't get in and out easily. On the other hand, customer service personnel were very friendly and efficient.MARK A.
The red haired young man was extremely rude and unprofessional. He definitely needs customer service training. I also filled up the vehicle as gas was running out. The gauge did not register full and I informed the red haired young man. He stated he would put in notes but I was still charged $4.00. This is unacceptable. The girl who served me was friendly and helpful. Although there were 2 instances where other staff walked in the shop to ask her a question. She was rude to them. One asked for where another staff member was she said â€œI don't know and I don't care.â€ Another staff member asked for advice and she responded with â€œI don't want to know about it.â€ That attitude will only breed a toxic environment. She acted like she owned the placed. Suggest customer serve training, She doesn't represent your culture. Anyhow the rest of the service and staff were great.Kerry R.
Staff was awesome From Mrs. Rita and the guy that did the physical hook up to my vehicle. Worst part was the U-Haul rental agreements that now use the customers personal cell phone to help in the transactions. The process was eventually worked out but did seem to have been dreamed up by some corporate committee.Stephen M.
I suppose the online check-in process requires all the hoops one has to jump through (forms, questions, etc.) using a mobile phone, but in the end I still had to go inside and wait behind 4 customers to obtain a key to the vehicle. The point was lost on me, other than it saved your employees from having to enter that information for me. It was a frustrating experience, because I expected it to be smoother - I gained nothing in time nor expediency nor potential exposure to Covid-19.Jon R.
