The trailer was delivered with what we thought was a smaller left-side rear tire, only to find out it was very low on air. Once the trailer was loaded, the tire blew within mere YARDS of the loading point. We stopped at first safe point (1-2 miles further along), and tire was destroyed. Road Side Assistance was called, and replied, replacing tire. BIGGEST iss we had, though, was this trailer was reserved ONLINE, and filled out info for the tow vehicle AND the vehicle to be loaded - and the web site verified all should be good. Turned out the vehicle was too large (long AND wide) for the trailer. By the time we were able to get it loaded, and find this out, it was WAY too late to try and make other arrangements, and so we had to make due with this, as the vehicle HAD to be moved that day... In addition, the trailer was reserved for pickup that day, 3 days prior - and last minute, as I was in route to pick up the trailer, U-Haul called to advise the pickup location did not have my trailer after all, and none locally did - nearest location was about a 1hour away drive - which was supposed to then be re-rated to in-town instead of 1-way, so I could return trailer locally, without having to drive so far to return again - AND they said they were going to give us the $50 credit for the bad reservation - but all I got was the discounted rate for local vs 1-way (which was more expensive by $15 over what original reservation was for).

When I got to my destination they told me that the trailer was hooked up incorrectly and it would have been a problem if it had come off or I had been in an accident.

Thier store hours said 10 am to 2 pm on Sat. We arrived at 1:30 pm and nobody was there. The open sign was in the window, but no one around. We called Easy Stop Storage, the other Uhaul dealer. They told us they don't handle trailers because they are always getting stolen. They told us just to leave it at Lee's. We left it there, but felt very uncomfortable. So we called go uhaul. We waited around twenty minutes on hold. I called Lee's at 10:30 Monday 7/1/19. They told me they weren't sure if the trailer was there, because they had not started checking anything in yet. Wow!

We scheduled the pick up time for 9 am - no one was there. This location had 3 different signs listing their hours, and none of them matched. They didn’t open until 10am. We drove an hour to this location to pick up our trailer. No one wants to spend the day waiting around when they’re trying to move!

He helped ASAP he walked around with me to make sure I didn't miss anything and he checked for the gas and I told him what happened with the gas and say what she put in the paperwork about lying about the gas and I cleaned out the back of the truck

I was glad Lee Adams was on site Saturday morning. His office was full of cigarette smoke so I was glad not to have to go in. But he was personable, got the trailer checked in easily, and printed my receipt. I was very glad to deal with a pleasant person rather than do the tech stuff online. I thanked him for his service.

No one was there when we returned the trailer just said leave it and said they would check in Monday. Office said open but no one there

Dropped a uhaul off at 9:30am and although the hours of operation stated open, no one was there. In addition to that, the phone numbers listed on my paperwork and on google for the facility were both inoperable. Also, the location was small and didn't have hardly any space for the uhaul.

Lee's is where I ended up after going to address I was given on the Uhaul site where I reserved a trailer (Address: 902 E 6th St, Plainview, TX 79072 Hours: Open · Closes 5PM Phone: (806) 293-8866) the place I originally reserved a trailer and was sent to was closed down. You should take it off your website. Lee's helped me out, but they didn't have the trailer I reserved and I ended up having to pay more than I wanted.

I had only had the trailer one day. When Trey was calling for me to drop the trailer off as soon a possible because he had another customer lined up. I mean C'mon...I had three days and paid for three days. On the second day he was asking if I was bringing it in then. I said no not till tomorrow. Well what time tomorrow he asked. Because I have another customer needing that trailer he stated. If that's how you want to conduct business offer a refund for returning the trailer earlier. If not don't bother the customer especially if the customer has already paid for the time and use of the trailer. Would not recommend to a friend.

Be sure to make the customer aware that your reservation is not a sure thing. We had to take time off work and drive to Plainview to pick up the equipment. Very discouraging when you think you have planned ahead in plenty of time. Maybe you should not take reservations!!!

I dropped off my rental on Monday 16 April 2018. I advised this location about the issues with the lights on the trailer I had used and informed them that I had reserved a return trailer and would be picking it up on April 20, 2018. I was informed that they could not guarantee that a trailer would be available that it was a first come first serve business and the only guarantee I had that they would try and find me one at a location as close as possible. At which point I asked what purpose did making a reservation was? I did not get a satisfactory a answer. And won't know if I 'll have trailer until I show up.
