I’m not sure why I had to drive an hour to drop off the U-Haul when I was in a city that had five locations.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulService was great
Ronald SLocation was a bit rundown, but a typical lot in my experience. What made the experience above average was the owner, who was very helpful and attentive. He opened up early for me and personally walked me through all that I needed to do to get on the road. A good man who takes pride in helping his customers.
Frederick BI did mobile pickup so the pick up place was fine. However, I had reserved in Amherst and was told the day before that I needed to pick up the truck in Pittsfield, which is more than an hour away from Amherst.
Michael BI ordered 12 blankets for the move, I was called the day before and everything was confirmed. Then during pickup, the dolly and blankets weren't ready. I was refunded but everything took a long time to get everything. I would have preferred to have done the pick at the uhaul location, I have no idea why my pick up location was moved and it make the experience worse not better.
