It was all good.
Ward WThere was no one at the location when I dropped the trailer off around noon, so I don't know if it was clean, inviting, or if the personnel were helpful, as I had to attempt to park the trailer and unhitch it by myself. It is the only U-Haul dealer in town, so it would need to be recommended.
ELIZABETH CGarrett is awesome. Great job as usual. Additionally, the local U-Haul reps at all three locations I used were fantastic. I will say the corporate-level people let me down. I was suppose to rent both my trailer and 26' truck in Papillion. I only found out the trailer was not available in the greater Omaha area and I had to pick it up in Lincoln was not good. There was much wasted time and effort as the trailer was not available from where I reserved it.
