Question 2 not cleaned very well inside and out. I think when ever I rent it would be the best always to have a full tank of gas. I know people do not care when they return vehicles but you charge them so fill the tank. This location has a gas station right accross the street. I think also you charge more for not returning vehicle full then do not rent. I always bring my rental back with more then when I took it. Sadly, they do not give a break.

I rented 2 separate trucks for 2 different days. Day 1, the cargo door kept closing on us while we were loading the truck. I told the worker and all they just said that they would make a note of it. No apology or compensation for the near fatal injuries of the door falling on us several times. Day 2 - no issues with the rental. I called the office on Monday to speak with the manager in the hopes of getting some kind of discount for the inconvenience but nothing more than "I am sorry". Customer service was not the best, but the trucks did the job intended. Probably won't return to this location.

I had to wait approximately 45 minutes when I went to pick the rental truck. There was only one employee processing 4-5 customers. When I asked the employee why there were not more employees to process customers, the employee replied that the manager was doing some mechanical maintenance. I find this totally unacceptable. The priority should be the customer and not mechanical work. It is my hope that this is corrected prior to my next visit.

Connecting cable bare in two spots. Could have shorted out and lights failed to work. I taped it up. Door didn't work properly - hard to open and got jammed once in the up position. Had to take a screwdriver to it to get it free.

I reserved a 17ft truck Nd an appliance dolly. I was advised there was no appliance dolly available the day I picked up. That was a major inconvenience.

Excellent experience from the initial phone call to customer service to completion of rental.



For self serve you should add signage to indicate the steps for this option. I arrived and was greeted by a staff member who attended me and directed me to the vehicle. Without his assistance, the self service would have taken longer to understand the process and locate the vehicle.

upon returning vehicle I was really confused as to what to do such as where to leave or who to talk too, I wasn't told any of these things by representative only see you tonight, so when I got there seeing no one was there I did not know what to do so I called the store office on contract . it would've made it a lil more at ease had I been told when returning vehicle no body would be there and some simple step instructions as what to do and also directed to hand contract which explains this also. very unpleasant experience . overall thank you for the rental
