When we returned the truck here we asked about the situation with the gas since the previous location never called me back. We returned the truck with half a tank of gas, which was less than what the pamphlet said it had, but much more than we were given (again, empty tank). The manager let us go without any additional charges however I don’t think the situation was handled correctly seeing the the previous store did not indicate the correct amount of gas in the truck. We could have been offered a discount seeing as that I put way more gas in the vehicle that should have been required. Overall, really bad experience since moving is a stressful situation and the lack of help from most of the employees did not make any of the matters easier.

Ulysses and Martha at this lication are the worse customer service agents if your location offers equipment washer attendants that would probably be a better fit for this two employees and not handeling your paying clientele or submit them throughout customer handeling and satisfaction course if availble,pending of their performance and longevity at this position please feel free to have a region manager contact me thanks

Have more help available for so many customers or an express lane for those who already checked in, that way I don't loose an hour of my Rental in line although I had already checked in but waited an hour for the keys! And when I needed the extra hour I lost I was going to be charged $23 more!!!

Took approximately 45 minutes to return the truck while waiting inside. There was only 1 person in front of me. Thankfully there’s a Penske close. I won’t be using this location ever again.

They should be honest about the amount of gas the behivles have. How does a person get charge for 4 gallons of fuel if you only drive 17 miles???

Interior of cab should be free of tobacco or marajuana smell. This vehicle smelled of cigarette or pot obviously not cleaned prior to rental. This is the only problem, everything else was good. Resolution ,excellent !

1 employee attending 5 customers, I was only there to drop off. Guy said just leave the keys and I’ll take care of it! 2 days later I get a call and email claiming that I didn’t return the dolly, then I get a bill for $50 for that dolly! This place needs more employees to tend to the customers! Don’t leave your keys without them checking you in and checking your uhaul, got billed an extra $75 bucks!
