Window on Drivers side would not seal made noise for 2000 mile trip. No way to connect phone for handsfree operation

For order 27789666. Place order and was biled Dec 15 or so. Arrive for appointment and equipment wasn't there. manager said he'd call me for follow up. Never did. I tried to call and was placed on hold for over twenty minutes. Hung up and called uHaul main umber and was on hold for another 20. Got someone on chat who reschedules installation to another location. Got email with $65 increase in price for new location. On chat with uHaul again, and she said manager from Pico Rivera would call with confirmation that original price would be transferred to new location. Never got a call or confirmation. Again got on chat with uHaul today and cancelled order and demanded a refund. Wasted 4 hours of my time and don't have a hitch. Happy to be taking my business elsewhere even if it costs more at this point. UHaul has totally disrespected my time and energy and failed to hold up to it's agreement even after charging me. I plan to contact Visa.

I did receive a call this morning regarding the truck I rented asking if I needed more time with the truck but I had returned it already 7 hours prior. I also received an email stating there was a claim from the insurance regarding the rental, which i didn’t damage and confirmed that with the location. Hopefully, it doesn’t go further than that. Otherwise, Service amazing both days I rented. Very happy with the customer service!

I have rented trucks from this location a number of times and it’s usually a long line and a long wait. Today I walked straight up to the counter and no waiting. I was in and out very quickly—great service. U-Haul could improve the import of rental info into your app (automatically reflected within my account would be great).

The only concern I have is that I was in line for .5 hour before getting my reserved truck. Got there just before 8am and didn't get to counter until 830am. My rental was due back at 12noon. Didn't get to maximize the use of my rental. You should get more clerks at the incoming pickup part of the day.

Mike was very helpful it being my first time pulling trailer, thanks mike Omg! the phone service to call Pico was horrible those operatiors very rude, they need s better system no very informative they don’t know they are not at the store where you going to pick up, had to go to another store to make a correct reservation did not tell me the right info that’s phone operator need more training Matthew in LA Miranda made my reservation correct. If it wasn’t for him it would of been a bad bad situation Thanks Mike and Matthew good job
