I felt bad for the clerk because there was a consistent long line. He was very professional and effective but I think the Labor Day weekend probably had something to do with such a long line. Perhaps having two clerks on busy weekends would be good.

I was not informed that I would be charged $30 extra for refueling in addition to the $29 charge for the gas. I was charge $59 for fuel on 11.5 miles of use. Very disappointed. I only used 1/16 of a tank.

The customer service was great, but you need more than one person at the store to handle a number of customers you received. It is not acceptable that the other person scheduled to work never reported to work. What made it worse was that the manager was a no-show as well.

Horrible customer service. I called for information about my rental in order to avoid being charged extra charges. I was told I would receive a call back and never did. I ended up accruing more fees and I am already on a tight budget. Poor experience.

The truck return process for after hours drop offs requires you to take several pictures of the trucks cargo area, cabin, mileage and parking location all after having spent the whole day moving. My phone was running out of battery and the account set up and picture confirmation required in order to obtain a receipt took over an hour. The location had several trucks already parked in the drop off area making it difficult to maneuver and park the truck safely. Also, I drove less than 28 miles and I was charged almost $100. That doesn't include gas that I put into the truck. This was far more expensive than the advertisement leads on. I still don't understand why I was charged for 2 rental periods. I'm very unsatisfied with this experience.

Other than the last guy I talked to on the phone after (5) times. He was great. A knew what the issue was. After I waited an hour and a half to have a truck assigned to me. That was already supposed to be assigned.

Worst experience ever. Will never rent from or recommend Uhaul to anyone. My Dolly was not given to me, they charged my wrong card. My pick up and drop off locations were changed over six times. The manager never returned the message I left in regards to my missing dolly. The traffic center refused to help and said I had to speak with the manager. Everyone refused to five me the District Manager/presidents number. I wasn't given a $50 refund that should have been provided since my reservation was noth ing but a hassle.. What other negative info about my experience would you like? Here is my number 562-879-30. But I doubt you will call, since I'm still waiting on the manager from the Pico Rivera Location to call back. All Uhaul cared about was the Money, once you got paid you could careless about the customer!!
