Mike was very helpful with rental process. He made the process fast and ensured I was on my way a quick as possible. I really appreciate the fact that he stayed open and extra 15mins to check the van in for me, so I would not have to pay another days rental. This location was great and the people working there. I forgot my 407 transponder in the vehicle and Mike had notified me before I remembered and it was picked up the next day. Absolutely great service. Thanks

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulCustomer service and explanations before truck delivery were initially one thing, and afterward, another. The truck generally performed its function, but the system needs updating to suit everyone, especially first-time users.

Debbie GMike and his staffat Mike’s convenience was professional, warm and gracious. I would gladly rent from this location again.
Paul G- Need to improve customer service to help and guide the customers with the process in a polite way especially first time using the service. - Need to show and introduce the equipment usage especially to first time using the service. - Need to maintain and clean the equipment - it looks like AC wasn't working, Tim Horton's wrapper/garbage was there sitting inside the vehicle.
