Could not provide the vehicle I ordered online, received email from uhaul confirming and GUARANTEED the vehicle, traveled to two other locations locally, no vehicle either, had to settle for smaller truck causing me to make two trips, doubled the mileage and fuel expenses not to include the time it cost me that day, very typically of uhaul, you have done this to me before. Terrible service provider!!!!

There was a form I was NOT shown during the pick up process which stated there was a hole that was patched with tape and that I assume all responsibility for water damage. I never saw this unroll the day of my return. I lost 2 queen size mattresses a 47 in tv and a dresser from rain leaking in. I bought the insurance for what? If your people are so shady as to hide this information from the customer it would surprise me if you made my losses right.

Original contract called for truck at facility in New Iberia, LA. On the day before pickup I get a call from a town some 20 miles away telling me my truck would be there. I cancelled that contract! By the way, I made the arrangements a week ahead - plenty of time to get the truck I requested at the correct location, or at least at a facility in New Iberia.

Have the truck for pick up where scheduled. I drove about 150 miles to pick up this truck to move my elderly mother yesterday then had to drove further because someone doesn't know how to service paying customers! I have always used UHaul for moves but will never again. Very unsatisified customer!!!!

Have someone that is only taking care of Uhaul customers on a busy Saturday morning. I waited in line for an hour. When it was my turn I was told he had to catch up with other customers in the store then he would be back to help me. Very unorganized.

The actual U-Haul company employee's are RUDE. I also had a horrible dealing with Jennifer at the mini storage office I went in set up to rent a U-Haul all was good. Came in that Sat morning to pick up my U-Haul was not there she had put in wrong size it was just all a mess!!! So I was nice told her no problem set me up again for following Saturday well guess what everything was messed up again. She didn't even come to office I could only reach her by phone. Then she had a rude rude lady call me from Jackson with the actual U-Haul dealer it was all so messed up. Well I went on to Philips building supply the guy there was very friendly and helpful!!! Now when he called to set me up he had issues with the rude U-Haul dealer over phone I believe Travis was the rude one name. So this go around was horrible!!! Jennifer's U-Haul set up in Picayune needs to be shut down!!!!!

Try to update system so that it is easier for your employees to Check in/out customers. The gentleman who helped me had to call a phone number and have the person on the other end input all of my info including my credit card information, which he gave loudly into the phone for all to hear. Not his fault as he is working with what he's got, but that could result in stolen credit cards. I am not complaining about the service (employee), he was very helpful, professional, and did a good job working with what he's got. If the system is updated I believe the process will be smoother and more secure. Thanks much.
