DO NOT RENT A U-HAUL FROM THIS LOCATION. We rented a truck for just two hours and returned it with the same amount of gas it had when we picked it up, yet we were charged for THREE days and an additional gas fee. My husband tried calling for DAYS and couldn’t get anyone to answer. When we used my phone, we finally reached someone, it was the same person who rented us the truck and accepted the return. He was not apologetic in the slightest and essentially told us to contact customer support ourselves. Thankfully, U-Haul customer support was helpful in addressing the issue, but the lack of communication and customer service from this location was extremely disappointing. Mistakes happen, but taking some accountability and offering a simple apology for the inconvenience would have gone a long way. Based on our experience, I would NOT recommend renting from this location. We have used U-Haul for years and never had any issues.

Janis SI would like to say this location was more helpful than the location that I was originally supposed to pickup my vehicle. I would also like to say that App stinks and needs to be overhauled. I found it very hard to use and the fact when you already have your license added and you go to rent another piece of equipment (trailer) you have to upload everything all over again. Very poor app.
