Did not get the dolley and my coversheets. Also, said I did not return it on time, and did not answer the phone when I was calling for the return issue.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWhen I arrived, my size truck was not left overnight for me to pick up so I had to call U-Haul and they gave me one size down which made me have to do several trips in order to move. when I opened the back, there was shattered glass everywhere that I had to clean up before preceding to move. The gas tank was completely empty I would prefer if gas was left at at least 1/4 tank weirdest U-Haul experience ever.
CHELSEA HThe place looks like a junk yard. People are not nice at all. I had to keep calling uhaul to make sure they knew I dropped off my rentals. I wouldn’t recommend this uhaul place to anyone
Kyle STook more then 3 weeks after on time drop off for them to complete and send verifcation/receipt.
Garrett FJust told me to drop it and when I asked how do I prove I dropped it he just told me to call U-Haul and drove off. When I called U-Haul her phone was terrible and full of static. She asked me a question and when I told her I couldn’t hear her she hung up on me.
