Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulBrandan or Brenden was the rudest most terrible person with customer service I asked nicely over the phone how much another day would be and proceeded to be rude and tone like he was having a bad day and when I got back to return he was absolutely rude and disrespectful and then after I complained said to get off property that he’ll. Call the cops like up tight much ?
Valeria GGreat service I wish the cab was cleaned up just a little but for what I paid and how the service was i was willing to over look a bit of dabree. They gave clear instructions made pick up smooth and easy got us going in 10 mins and told us exactly how to perform an after hours drop off. We didn't have an easy process when we reserved but the rest of the process when Shed gals team took over was fantastic. They made this rental a breeze and stress free.
Angela SService was very friendly and helpful. The U-Haul rep I spoke to on the phone was rude and tried to talk over me when I tried to explain why the drop of location was different than what was on the contract. I was told by the person from ACE who rented us the trailer to drop it off at a different location. he was on the phone with someone who instructed him to have me drop it off at that location. The rep on the phone made it sound like I randomly chose to drop it off at this location instead of dealing with it internally with her personal and why they told me to drop it off at a different location. This is another reason i general do not rent from U-Haul. The app was not working on my phone so I could not look at the contract. Maybe go back to printing the contract instead of forcing people to down load an app I do not want or need for anything else.
