The man who helped did not seem to know what he was doing. I told him several times that I had reserved a truck and that the drop-off would be in Mesa (per my original paperwork). He asked me how many miles; I told him I didn't know and had been quoted a flat rate. He kept asking about miles...why? Then apparently he changed my contract to say I was dropping off in town! The truck was parked so close to the ones on either side that I had to pull in the side-view mirrors, which made it almost impossible to back up (thank gosh I had someone with me), and the space to back up was very short. Not a pleasant experience at all. The man at the drop-off site in Mesa was AWESOME and very helpful!

Fran ETrash in the truck! Dirty windshield!! Incorrect gas on contract! Charged incorrect gas fees because of owners negligence! I have photos to prove it.
ELENA UThis was a very pleasant rental experience. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in that part of town.
