It was a convenience store. As I waited for U-Haul rep on phone I was in way of shoppers with my luggage from airport taxi drop off. Was there over an hour to get phone assistance and had to go sit on pottie as office all that time with my luggage too. About in tears! The cashier didn’t know how to do anything and their site phone number you gave went nowhere.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe experience was absolutely awful. The app didn’t work properly so I had to call a representative which took 20 minutes to get someone on the line. They assisted me to the point of getting the lock box code. After being given the lock box code to retrieve the key, I went to unlock the truck, only to find out I was given the wrong key. I called the representative back, of course after waiting on hold for about 15 minutes, it was determined that I was given the wrong key from the wrong box. The entire experience was extremely stressful and made me not want to use U-Haul ever again. I was granted a $50 credit but I don’t see it reflecting on any of my receipts of course.

Angelica VIt was unclear where I needed to park the truck when I got to the gas station. I had to look around and saw another U-Haul parked and also a key drop off but there was no specific instructions on where to park it. That would be helpful to customers dropping off at this location.
WYNTER FU-Haul truck was dropped off on April 19. We are on the 22nd and I have yet to get a receipt for them Never marked the truck delivered I called when I dropped the truck off and they still have yet to market until the 22nd when I had to call them and ask him where is my receipt leaving my card open for charges
