trip from phoenix to my house and then to boulder city nv, miles allowed is not accurate was off by 7 miles. gas reading was not updated on computer so when I turn in truck at drop point ,I was told I need more gas In truck. when in fact I turn it in like I received it. overall was not please.

Took 2 hours of waiting to get a uhaul. The truck literally stalled on me 18 times while in traffic. Embarrassing doesn't even begin to describe the feeling. While waiting at the uhaul for the two hours my movers who I hired left. There is more...

I was upset I could not pick up a truck closer to my location. I was emailed twice with location change. I tried to call but was on hold forever and I was at work. I had to drive little over 7 miles to pick up and drop off truck when there was one closer.

1 person working the counter on a Saturday morning. Had to wait over an hour to get the keys to my rental truck which put me an hour behind schedule. I had a reservation and had checked in online but still had to wait in line. Was told to use the app to speed up the process yet the app didn’t have the info I needed. You really should have a separate line for people with reservations and also stop asking for the same information at the counter that I have already put in my reservation. 1 other suggestion, stop getting contact info from the customer for someone U-Haul will call if the customer doesn’t return equipment. That is the stupidest thing. You think by calling a random person you will get equipment back, I actually had to give 2 because I’m out of state. Both of the number I gave were out of state. Probably not renting from U-Haul any time soon and definitely not this location.

Rent trucks out with a full tank of gas. There was less than 1/4 tank in the truck provided to me. I was only going about 20 miles and it makes it difficult to know how much gas to put back in the tank when you can't just fill it to full. Also the last thing people want to do is fill up a truck as soon as the rent it. It should be ready to go. The mirrors on the truck were stuck in one position and unable to move them in order to properly see out the sides. This is a major safety concern when you only have 2 side mirrors to rely on and you can't move them. The airbag light was on in the truck which means it doesn't work and also a safety concern. The truck had over 116,000 miles on it and was pretty banged up on the outside along with doors that did not shut easily.

Upon dropping off the trailer I ran into, not greeted by or even acknowledged by Robert. The neon sign says open so I proceed to enter the store and nearly walk into the door as it was locked. All the whole Robert just stands there looking at me like I’m crazy. He told me where to park and showed me the return procedure in the pamphlet and offered no more assistance than that. Everyone I have dealt with at U-Haul have been exceptional!!!! Very disappointed in the service, or lack there of I received today. I will continue to be a customer but only by the exceptional service from the employees at the Lake Havasu location I dealt with on several occasions and everyone at the Laveen location, they have gone above and beyond for us.

Had to walk the lot to find someone to help me. Not one person was inside the store or at the counter. Tech had to replace the trailer before I could drive away because somebody there hooked up a trailer with a broken chain. Pick up time was much longer than expected because of this. Tech was polite, wasn’t his fault and he tried to get me going as quickly as he could.

I went to rent a pick up and they said there was none available after I made the reservation so I had to get a 15 foot truck which I didn’t need for only three suitcases and it cost more money so that was not cool and I will not be doing that again it was a bait and switch and that’s not right

Have requested vehicle available. No reason to have to have a larger vehicle when a weeks notice allows for time Uhual to move the correct vehicle to the pick up location. Honor internet booking offers, especially return vehicle location, which added more mileage.

I was surprised at how many miles the truck had. 130k miles seems high when traveling 900 miles, while paying $985 for the rental. Also I was disappointed at the fact that I had to pick up the truck and the car dolly at 2 seperate locations with no accommodations. (I might add this was my second $985 rental in 2 weeks, so the mileage comment and pick up applied to the first rental)
