Rep took over 30 minutes to provide the keys, I used the skip a line feature on the app, rep would not provide keys, truck drives horribly, location has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen with U-Hual.. inside cabinet is filthy rep complained about 6 leaves in the back of the truck… the inside is dirty and smells… rep is obnoxious and discriminative.

I got there at 7 a phone call had to be made to do the rental over the phone never got done until 7:30. return, although open 24 hours had to do online return

Michael LOverall, this experience was disappointing. The person handling the pickup over the phone through the cashier was unhelpful. I couldn’t even ask proper questions. There were two cashiers assisting, but only one seemed to be friendly.
