Mobile check in was not enabled. I had to call main office to get that fixed. Appliance dolly I ordered was not in truck, just a small light-duty version. I had to rent one from Home Depot to get my gun safe moved. Also, moving blankets I ordered were not included. These were items I paid for and never received. Mobile pickup is a great idea in concept, makes the process easier. In this case, it just made my whole move harder than it should have been. Not your finest hour.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe trailer was missing the trailer jack, which made it very hard to lift and move the trailer into place.
Shannon SWhen I returned the truck I put the gas hand back where I got it from and the miles I went was only 45 miles and I was charge for 80 miles which I know I didn’t go all those miles
Lashauda JWent to rent a trailer from another vendor and they had none available. On my way past I saw this place & swung by. Had my rental in 10 minutes and made it back to work during my lunch break. A+
Gary MVery friendly customer service. The girl we dealt with was very helpful.
