it was late to pick up, which they were nice about, but it threw off my day...then the truck only had about a quarter of a tank of gas. I would way rather have a full tank to start and leave.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-Hauldriver door didn't shut well. The suspension and steering wheel were loose. The directions for the keydrop should have said on front of gas station to the right of the door by ice machine instead of by propane. There is no propane being sold in the entire parking lot.
David Snot charge $86 when customer over fills the vehicle and claim they didn't fill truck up after use even though picture clearly shows I returned it with more gas than it had when I rented it

Catherine MWhen the truck was turned in, we were eventually charged $200 + tax for a missing dolly, so I had to call a third time to get a credit for that charge. Ridiculous. There were "notes" all over our file already for the un rented dolly. Was told it would take 7-10 days to get the credit. Unacceptable.
