Mr. Watson was extremely helpful when we ran into a snag and was even more helpful when our 2nd snag came along. Above and beyond-he realizes that we all work hard for our money and it doesn't stretch very far but he helped us for sure! Would HIGHLY recommend!!! 5 stars for sure!

The gentleman that runs this location was great especially for such a small town. He made sure we were all set by confirming our appointment and time and the size we needed since couldn't find one anywhere else in Stillwater, OK. The previous store where I had my reservation was great as well, they just didn't have anything in stock that was enclosed except for the really small ones, due to being a college town so he helped track down one by calling around and speaking with Uhaul to locate one. Where we picked up from, he hooked up the trailer made sure all the lights were accurate and working, even checked and looked over the tires that they were good and the trailer was in good shape.

monty hThey were so helpful, They opened up a little early so we could go ahead and pick up our trailer. They helped me with a larger cotter pin when I brought the wrong one with me. It was a great experience, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a truck or trailer.
