Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulTo the employees, please ask a customer next time questions before pinning on extras to the rental, for example the CDW for the trailer when I was not asked. Additionally the Uhaul rental facility is a gas station, workers there are not trained to use U-Haul’s system until 8 am, when the person who knows is there. Your allowed to make rentals when the gas station is open at 5 am, even though no one knows how to use it at that time and it ends up being a hassle for Uhaul customers who book for that time and expect to be provided with Uhaul customer service. Uhaul needs to update their system to allow rentals for 8 am onwards at this location or there needs to be someone trained and there to use the Uhaul system at 5 am no exceptions. Overall my experience there was “below average” other then the nice people that tried to accommodate me, but the fact that no one knows how to use the system that early and it’s an option to book and do reservations for rentals that early should not be.
Davis BThank you for everything.
