While returning the U-Haul to drop off location after using the app would not let me upload photos to complete online return. Had to contact the person at the U-Haul rental. She was able to get my photos uploaded and return complete.

He also said he’d have the truck pulled out front ready to go. It was blocked in by two other trucks when I got there, and had a little over half a tank of gas so I had to fill that up as well, so I was 40 minutes late for my appointment. I’m not impressed.
Chad BI made a reservation multiple weeks before my trip to a location that was near where I needed it. This location was changed when I had to pick up to 45 minutes one way and when I arrived there was no one there. I had to wait more than was necessary and complete the transaction over the phone. Between the hour and a half round trip and waiting for someone to help me delayed my trip by 2 hours. The auto transport that I rented was thrown in there haphazardly, none of the safety chains were secured, none of the straps were secured. This experience was unacceptable and I am strongly considering never using U-Haul again.
