This gentleman received the truck and blankets, and he listened to my rant about the mechanical issues and problems of truck that I drove from Tennessee to Washington. He stated that he will contact another location which will verify the truck mechanical issues.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThere needs to be directions for the key drop off location. It is 150' from the building front door
JAMES PTell customers where the key drop box is. We returned the truck in front of the building where we picked it up in the dirt. It said put the keys in the drop box just in side the unlocked door. When we were leaving we realized there was a drop box to the side of the building also. I did call to let them know, but a quick this is the return spot woukd have been great!
Dustie TThe man, sorry I can’t remember his name, was excellent. He provided the best customer service. We appreciate him helping us get on the road quickly.
