Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulTired where horrible and when I got on the road after leaving the U-Haul location is started shacking real bad when I called and told the place I picked it up they told me it wasn’t there problem they even over charged me for things I didn’t even use so I had to call U-Haul corporate and they keep giving me the runaround and won’t let me talk to anyone and won’t refund me my deposit

Logan MThe rental was not reported as being dropped off until the following morning. That was acceptable for this trip, but if I was closer to the end of the rented time, it could have made me late. Other than that, it was a good and convenient experience.
Chad RWhen I called for help with the drop off, I called Carrollton. The lady that answered was USELESS and rude. Your app wouldn't work. I finally googled for places in Paris Tx for another U-haul and Kim's was available and very helpful. I didn't catch the person's name in Carrollton but I called around 6 PM on Saturday 04/18 she needs a class in customer service and taught not to eat and answer the phone while eating. At least it sounding like she was eating. Either way she was rude.
