In the morning when I pick up the truck, the towels I was already ordere , first the cashier there saying is not ready, I was there for almost 1/2 hours , when I return my truck at the stores, someone told me she can't check in for me, I was really frustrated, bad customer service there in the store.

First,we went in too check on my reservation and the cashier told me too call a number on the wall.I call the number and the lady puts me on hold for like 20 min. Then,once she was ready to talk the lady was really rude and she told me that there was no trucks available and the only one that was is broken down.She proceeds to tell me that I would have to go somewhere else to rent the uhaul. Finally, an Asian lady comes out and points at the uhaul pulling up saying this one is available too use. Overall I say this spot is a 3/10 the location is horrible its inside a gas station,they make u wait long periods of times.
Had 2 different reservations canceled because UHaul was promised equipment that was not available? Uhaul customer service also was rude and transferred me to corporate when asked to be transferred to someone who can help me in the van Nuys and when called back they hung up on me. Terrible service I wish there better options.
Could not understand the attendant, the truck was filthy she made me do it all on my phone even though I was right there I have rented many times from uhaul and this was by far the worst experience ever from uhaul. Definitely horrible customer service.
Renting a uhaul to move into our house was supposed to help us make the transition easier but it stressed us out more. From the minute we got their they kept wasting our time trying to verify everything that I could have submitted to them the day before since all I had to do was take some pictures of me and my license. Then they didn't give us the dolly we paid for because they didn't have it and had to settle for the small dolly that they had which cost less to rent than the one we actually paid for. Why let us put the option of a dolly if they don't have the correct one at the location? Some serious improvement needs to happen because what we had to go through just for this uhaul is just unprofessional. I will say though that when you call the number the customer representatives are so incredibly helpful and I was very thankful for them. Overall I won't be using uhaul again and will not be recommending them to anyone.
The person that helped me was rude and spoke to me like I should know what to do or where to park. I will never return to this location.
I had a reservation number and when I got there at 7 am on my scheduled pickup day, the had no record of my rental. I showed them the email confirmation and they (not the clerk but her superior on the phone) didnt seem to care. Since I had two full days of moving ahead of me and couldn't risk not get a truck, I had to go through the whole registration process again after spending time the day before completing all my information, alt drives information etc. Not a single apology for the inconvenience as well.
Have an employee there who knows how to check customers in & out. Even though I had completed everything online, getting my truck took 40 minutes & they did not have the dolly I reserved. Returning the truck was even more frustrating. Charging a $20 convenience fee for returning a vehicle 2.5 hours early, but the employee went home early & your app did not work to check the truck back in is ridiculous. Next time, I will rent from a U-Haul office & not from a gas station.

Disinfect the seats, the steering wheels, the seats, and the cabin in general. I asked a few questions to the dealer in palmdale yet the lady did not provide me with the information I inquired.
Nothing at all, everything went smooth. Everyone was really nice.
Their return without a receipt or close-out procedure need to be put in place. The individual responsible for closing the contract when we returned the truck was not there so no one else was able to close out the return. To dat, we still don't know how much we were charged for the rental. Would not rent from this location again.
Better training and assistance from customer service representatives.
Just keep doing it the uhaul way
There was equipment available at this location and I was not advised of that.
Uhaul jerked me around with the reservation and i had to make 3 trips in a 10-foot truck when I thought I was getting a 20-foot
The facility had no idea that a reservation was made and appeared confused that I was there to pick up uhaul which was reserved a week in advance. The equipment which was requested, reserved, and confirmed was not available at the location which was a huge inconvenience. Please ensure that the equipment is actually there before confirming. Further a location that was located 2 miles from my home was confirmed In the reservation. After picking up the uhaul in mid move, I received a text message stating that my drop off location was a completely different address which was 5 miles away from my home.
Sandra is the best! Great service and convenience. I even filled up on gas at their own Chevron right at the location :)

When I came in to return my truck that was rented no one working at the Chevron location could give me a receipt. The person who was at this location told me to come back at 10:30am when someone would be able to help me. I asked the lady for a hand writen receipt for proof that I brought the truck and dolly back and was given a hard time about that. I returned the truck at 8:30am and had to double back to Palmdale from Lake LA area to make sure I got my receipt and make sure my charges were correct. On top of that the person who was there made the Chevron employee run back and forth with papers and for signatures rather than bring their lazy butt up and take care of us. I will never rent from this area again and will NOT recommend and will discourage anyone from renting at the Chevron location
Best service and was super fast
Gas station is always busy, and no room to check in, you have to do everything on small front desk between 20 peoples paying for their gas!
Accommodations should be made to help the customer continue to be able to rent more time we shouldn't be charged for time that we don't use the truck and we also shouldn't be charged for gas that we don't use when we put it in the truck
