Check your trucks before the next renter picks it up. When I got in my truck I didn’t even have enough gas to make it .2 miles across the street to put gas in it. How is someone supposed to do anything if they can’t even make it across the street with the amount of gas they received the truck with. On top of that the cab smelled horrible and there was trash inside (someone’s old milk shake and fast food ) and the windows as well as side mirrors were horribly dirty and covered in sap. Horribly disappointed and already spoke with customer service from U-Haul and will be calling soon as the customer service representative advised me to after I dropped the rental off to open a claim.

Janelle QI called and spoke with a really nice person at this location to ask about where to park and where the Dropbox location is. It was really easy to find. I would suggest to maybe paint a “park here “ or put a sign in the alley as to where to park the rentals. It was overall very safe location.
Jennifer KNot related to this location but customer service rep at Uhaul named Tara was super helpful, friendly and 100% deserves a raise. Please know that if it wasn’t for Tara for being so helpful I would have cancelled my reservation and probably would never return to seek services from Uhaul.
