Pickup was fantastic. Unfortunately, when I stopped in Madison, Alabama to pickup a load share trailer, I was treated extremely poorly. Kristy was the most rude, unprofessional individual I have ever encountered as a customer. Furthermore, I spoke with the Regional Director of, whom promised a follow up call. That call never happened. I am truly disappointed in U-Haul, and would likely never use you again.

Joe KMake your online system easier, it took me over an hour and a phone call to rent a truck on your system. It was so bad it made me late that day. I will never rent like that again. Terrible experience....
JAMES JOur pickup experience was not good but not because of the location. The app was not working properly and when I called it was a 45min wait. The location thankfully helped but the website wasn’t working well either. He did his best but it took a very long time. Also we were supposed to pick up in Fenton but then had to drive to Pacific. So my average rating is higher than my satisfaction. Not the locations issues…
