Edward BMr. Ball was professional and knowledgeable about the products he has. He helped hook up the trailer I rented and helped me detach it when I was done. He seems to enjoy being there to help customers, and I'd recommend using this U-HAUL location anytime you are in need of their services.
KYLE AThe attendant who was at this location was very helpful, checked the truck in for me and took note of the service warning on the dashboard. I did not protest the charge with him, he had nothing to do with the hassle I had to deal with on the initial pick up and rental of this truck.
