Uhaul consistently does not provide equipment where it is confirmed, then sends yo 30 minutes away, there should be some compensation for not being able to perform as promised

Trojan storage manager Luis and most of their staff except Emmanuel express non professional behavior. Ghetto verbage to paying customers. Cannot handle themselves in a professional manner to finish reservations. They do not have after hour drop off nor an answering service for unforeseen issues that pertain after or before their unreasonable business hours from 10-6pm. Terrible experience twice in a row now. Very disappointed as I utilize uhual at least once a week for business.

Make sure new customers know which street the entrance in on. The directions take you to the street to the right of the entrance. I will use this place again.

There was a nail in the tire of the trailer we rented. By the time I drove 30 miles on it, the tire had no air. We had to wait almost 2 hours for somone to come fix it. Not only did we not make it back in time to return the trailer, this took 2 hours out of our moving time on a day that was already stressful. The trailer needed to be check more thoroughly before renting it out.

The U-haul return call center originally directed us to Golden State Storage in Camarillo, CA, a facility that would not take either a truck above 15' or trailers. We had a 26' truck with an auto-transport and that was difficult at best to deal with a company that would not help us. We then were directed to another storage facility another 30 minutes away that took our truck and trailer and were very helpful. The call center needs much improvement as we were told be Golden State Storage that sending returned trucks to the wrong location happens every week at this location alone.
