I had a truck originally scheduled at driftshore I. Oshawa for 10 am with a doily. When I got there no one there. Had to call customer. When they finally got hold of person responsible for this location he called me saying he late and has dolly. I told him cancel and again called customer service. So it took me over a hour to get a truck from another location.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulTruck was extremely dirty and messy with food wrappers from previous drivers. Brakes were shoddy and there were steering wheel vibrations at highway speeds. The truck was badly maintained. Will not choose this location again for my next reservation
VISHNU SThe most frustrating component is not getting the right components on receiving the key to the vehicle. Mainly the lock box.
Rickford HThe associates tried but the handle to the window was broken off but was laying there so I had to put it back on I also ordered an appliance cart but they didn’t have one. She called around and said there were none available. I took the utility cart knowing it wouldn’t be helpful which we didn’t use because it wasn’t helpful. I had to scramble to find more hands and had to pay an additional 150 for someone to help move our large items.
Leslie RI strongly believe that these moving trucks with a very high lift to the trucks flat bed should have ramps to use dollies to bring heavy objects into truck.
