One trailer had a flat tire the computer system kept giving trouble the workers were nice and done the best they could but couldn't get DM on phone to help with problems

YALANDA F.Was supposed to be able to check in via the app still had to go in and stand in line for the key, which means we didn't get the truck till well after 10am. Also it had a quarter of a tank of gas so we had to put gas in it immediately which is crazy just one more inconvenience for us.
JIMMY L.There is nothing negative for me to say about this rental experience. The lady helped me with all of the internet things that needed to be done to make it a speedy transaction. When it was time to go with the rental the right back lights were not working. I wanted to hurry and go ahead anyway. The lady said that she wanted everything to be right and safety was very important. She found the problem and had it fixed and I was ready to go within 15 minutes. Great experience and I was thankful for the help and convenience of everything with her.
