No one cans out to assist. The drop off location was way out of my way. More miles and more gas on rental. Could have dropped of at closer location but said may be more charges. Not happy with that!!!

Joshua DThe pick up point was not manned, so I had to find out the hard way that I could not purchase a tow bar with a 2 inch ball so that I could use the trailer I was picking up. I had to drive back into Auburn to a Walmart to purchase the towbar. Not convenient and a waste of time, gasoline, and goodwill. The people I talked to on the phone from U-Haul were pleasant, and I don’t blame them. The bigger challenge is helping people get all that they need in one effort. I drove right by the Walmart on the way out to the remote U-Haul location, and in the back of my mind, I thought about getting a towbar from them. Your website for ordering works fairly well, but gave me no warning that the location for picking up my trailer was unmanned.
