BRIAN TI was charged a $30 cleaning fee out of my hundred dollar deposit when I did not use the U-Haul to move anything besides a large picture so what it needed to be clean for I’m not sure. I have made multiple phone calls and left multiple messages to find out the details of this fee and why it was charged and have heard nothing back. I was also charged a $40 fee for an extra day when it was returned on December 10 as the contract stated. And again, I have made multiple phone calls and left multiple messages to get details about why this fee was charged and have still not gotten a response. I was only returned $24 out of my hundred dollar deposit which was ridiculous.
