Staff was helpful explaining operation of the vehicle and pickup/dropoff procedures. Due to the location of the dropoff place being closed, I contacted this location and they were very helpful in checking in the vehicle.

When someone calls asking about trailer rental, let them know at that time that they might need an adapter for the lights (rather than after they get there to pick it up, & then they have to buy 1 from u.)

My son returned the truck for me. When i received a email with the final bill the mileage was incorrect. When I called to ask the person, he said it was based on the odometer. It took several tries to convince him to check the mileage. When he did he discovered that there was an error and he corrected it - the biiled mileage was 120 miles and the actual miles were 30. My experience would have been better if the person was more understanding and quicker to check for errors.

The girl at the counter was rude. I said I may need it a hour longer than 2 and she said no you need to have it back in 2 1/2 hours it is rented at that time. Why do you not have enough vehicles?

I was surprised to learn that you don’t carry spare keys. I misplaced the key, and after an hour and a half talking on the phone with the uhaul location, uhaul roadside, and several locksmiths, I finally found someone who could come make me a key...for $125. I understand it was my fault for losing the key, but I don’t think uhaul did anything to help the situation. I feel that having a spare key and charging me for the error would have made the event much less stressful.

When a customer asked if the vehicle is front wheels drive or not. Please let the customer know if the employee don’t know what he’s talking about. I asked if the 10’ was front wheel drive because of the weather, the representative informed me that it was. I finally found out that it was rear wheels drive and I tried calling their office, but nothing was resolved.

I was told a receipt would be emailed to me. Instead you want to know how things went. I know you have the right email but now I have to guess what was charged at the end of the day. Everything was clean but it's very cheap to have me hope I put enough gas in the tank to not get charged but not so much that I give you free money. I'm very frustrated about that.

I visited the store personally so I would not have the same issues as last year. Again this year, issues but a bit different. I was mis informed AGAIN about how payments are handled when paying in cash. We are a business that uses you nationwide at THanksgiving time. Jordan got rude with meand I had to ask him to stop taling to me in the manner at which he was. He went so far as to say I have worked here for 10 yrs so I doubt any policys will change by ext year. Cut me off and got on the phone with a phone call. Company considering doing business elsewhere due to the rudeness of your staff at multiple locations this year.

It says something around $25 to rent one of the smaller trucks but once you get insurance and add up all the mileage you're paying close to $90 that seems like false advertisement to me definitely overpriced
