Was quoted two different prices when I called 15 minutes apart and the second one was $35 More. I thought for me only having a small truck for 6 hours in town at $86 was overpriced, but I had no choice. Other then that, it was a very good experience!

Keep doing what you are doing
Perhaps I missed it, but nowhere did I see, or was I asked in person of the exact size of the trailer ball required for the trailer I rented. It wasn't until I backed my truck up to the trailer to attach it, that I was told I had the wrong size ball.
I have had a number of fairly mixed experiences with uhaul. Equipment is not always available and the satellite locations don't always know what they were doing. This experience was the opposite. The online checkin made a huge difference. And dropping off after hours was easy. Thanks!
Uhaul was fabulous! But, never ever hire Dynasty Movers! I prepaid, and they did not show up. They called 45 minutes AFTER the confirmed arrival time to see if I still needed help. I was on a time crunch and was forced to go ahead without the help. The biggest reason I needed help was because of my terminal cancer diagnosis. Not supposed to lift anything. By the time they called, I was irritated for sure. Then, he told me he wasn't going to help me if I "had an attitude". An attitude? I was beside myself in pain and frustration. He then hung up on me. Two guys were supposed to have been there from 530pm to 730pm. It took me until 1am to do it myself. Sooooo hard for just me, and in constant fear of breaking a brittle bone. Unacceptable. I certainly hope Uhaul will refund the money I paid for movers.
I had my $19.95 van for about 25 hours, drive it 40 miles and was billed over $60. Totally a scam and rip-off. Will take my business elsewhere in the future.
The truck (next size up from the van) we had was bouncy as hell but otherwise performed well.
I found the online system (Czech in & check out) cumbersome. It required duplicate information which took extra time. Still liked the contact free process.
Andrew was who helped me both when I picked up the cargo van and when I returned it. He provided excellent customer service. Hire more employees like Andrew.
My check in was fine, but when I came to return, I sat in the bay for 25 minutes, watching the gas go down on the truck because it was 90+ degrees outside. I finally turned it off so I wouldn't get charged for the gas, when I went inside, the gentleman said oh, are you just returning, and reached out for the keys, I told him I had been waiting and he said he had been busy, but when I had pulled up there was one other care in the lot. He acted like it was my problem that I waited. Did not appreciate his customer service, it was like I was interrupting his day. It is sad how client service is no longer service. I was very disappointed.

I was charged a $27 charge for â€œcleaningâ€ when all I moved was wooden furniture directly from my apartment and literally 10 feet of sidewalk using a dolly rented to me, and no notes or explanation. Just that â€œI should have taken pictures.â€ The truck was out of alignment and would barely get over 30MPH. I tried calling to verify what happened and was on hold for 26 minutes to hear this from a very BlasÃ© rep.
I rented the uhaul from Armor Storage on 107th and Chandler. When arriving to oick up email notified i needed to go to 86th and L. That was inconvenient. When arrived the app was slow and frustrating. It advised me to select 2 vans before offering one the facility actually had. I had to go inside to finalize the transaction and get the key. Whats the point of mobile check in and social distancing then? The staff inside was apologetic and helpful so I do applaud them. When returning it was stated I owed for fuel when I have pictures before and after indicating I left the vehicle with more fuel than I began with.
Masks are mandatory in Omaha. The customer in front of me did not have a mask. Not sure why he was not refused service. Not sure if I will use UHaul next time if this is not corrected. Other than that, pick up & drop off was extremely fast.
Clean the unit, it had ashes all over the inside, and smelled like people had been smoking pot in the unit.

Jonathan Bartz, (I believe), did an awesome job helping me with my rental and all my questions. It seemed as if he was helping 5 of us at once but perfectly. Very fast very thorough, and a nice guy. Very well run place by my experience with booking, pickup and drop off. I will highly recommend this location and staff.
No need to meet before rental to see if Vehicle would work. Waste of time!
Just get the service reps to care more. My rational brain gets it. It probably doesn't pay well and it's dealing with a lot of customers with stress but comn. No greeting and a what do you want attitude. Not that hard to hire for.
The reps always seem like the customer is just something to observe. I was rarely greeted and there was a bit of apathy in helping me with mobile check in, finding truck, etc.
Everything was great! I used the mobile app for the first time for pickup. It could have been slightly clearer on where in the lot the truck was located, but other than that everything went extremely smooth. I was very pleased.
There is a mask mandate in Omaha and it is a fine able offense. When I was in the building waiting, none of the employees were wearing masks and five other people in the building were not asked to put a mask on.
The cleck told me at the counter that the 19.99 plus mileage at $ .59 per mile. When I cam back it was .69 because it was the weekend rate ( on Friday?) The cost advertised cost of $19.99 for a van was dishonest, I spent over $70 for a van 66 miles in an afternoon.
I was all ready to do the app-based pickup, but the signage as to where to get the truck was not adequate, so I ended up going inside. Even though I went inside, I didn't get a tour of the equipment; consequently, when I had trouble getting the back closed, I had to open a roadside assistance request. (It turns out I'm just not a strong person; my brother was able to get it closed with no problem once he arrived.) Overall, though, it was a good experience. Will use them again when needed.
