The first issue was the fact the requested pick up location changed the day before pick up. I had to drive 20 minutes outside town to get the truck. Then I had to drive another 15 minutes in order to pick up my reserved moving dolly because the new location did not have one. Additionally, the vehicle was extremely dirty with so many bug splatters on the window that I had to pull off and clean them almost immediately. The interior was slightly better, but not much. It also only had 3/4 tank of gas which I thought was unusual.

JOSEPH DThere was a pin missing from the hitch that was necessary for safe towing. I had to go to a parts store to purchase what was needed. I should not have had to do this. The store clerk was not knowledgeable of how to rent the trailer so I had to help her through the screens to get the rental completed.

Claire CWas told I would get o refund on the unused days on the trailer rental but when I turned it in after two days I was told that there is no refund on the trailer. The trailer could be rented again with in the days left. It doesn't take 5 days to get to the location in Louisiana. Would never recommend anyone to use your service.
