Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe location was in a grocery store and the manager could not help us with our questions.
Shalini NNick was extremely helpful throughout the process and took the time to assist his associate in getting everything organized so I could receive my U-Haul. I truly appreciate their professionalism, teamwork, and willingness to help. It’s clear they’re continuing to improve and grow, and I’m confident things will only get better from here!
Lateeka TLocation was nice the store owner was nice only issue I had was the padlocks I had to jiggle it a type of way to open it I had called support and the owner called who I assume is his uhaul technician and we got it figured out when I arrived I actually caught them both in the parking lot and the tech walked the store owner through the process of checking out a vehicle and they did the process for me which was a plus since I didnt have to hassle and check it in my self
