No one at drop off and limited parking.
Charles WBiggest issue was the uhaul app. I submitted everything like drive license and payment the day before, then when I showed up to pick it up, the app wouldn't let me log in. That took 30 minutes to get the app to not glitch and log me in, then I had to do all the driver license submission over again. It was quite frustrating and delayed our schedule because of that.

Patrick JI reserved a truck at a location less than a mile from my home. Two days before pick-up, someone called and said they don’t have one available and I would have to go to location over five miles away. The lady said I would get 30 additional miles to compensate, giving me a total of 60 miles. When I went to pick it, they didn’t have the two-wheeled dolly I reserved. It’s hard to move heavy boxes without one. When I dropped off the truck, I had used 59 miles. They didn’t honor the additional 30 miles and charged me for 29 miles over. I even asked the man who checked it in to make sure we were good. He said yes, no additional charges. 15 minutes later, my bank sent a notification of a $29 charge to U-Haul. I called to try to get them to reverse the charges and the person agreed I had been overcharged, but sod I would need to file a customer action claim or some nonsense. Very disappointed in the whole interaction and experience.
