Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThere was no help, no personal..and the box drop off box was not what was shown in the online check in process..and no way to tell them the battery was crap.
Michelle MU-haul needs to make sure the business is open when the appointments are made and not closed for lunch, the people at this location were very nice, but come on u-haul have some consideration on your customers.

BOB FThe 24 hour contact list reservation was the worst experience I ever had. Ultimately we overrode that with the location Owner. Ultimately I don't know what he did, but I was standing outside his business for over 30 minutes on the phone with U-Haul 800 number and the website was not working. I was told there was no work around. They had their own process. It is my encouragement that U-Haul has an override option through their 800 number so when someone is stranded at a location where there is no reception and no one on staff that you can still get your truck. I was over an hour late to the moving gathering because of this.
