The attendant was very helpful took time to explain the process. Made sure I felt confident on what was expected of me when returning the truck. Asked if I had any questions. The availability was within my timeline it all went very smooth. If your looking for truck or trailer rental. These folks are very friendly and explanatory with the process.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulNot exactly an "inviting" place. This place sells TONS of drug paraphernalia. I have a sister who was killed by a buzzed driver, so I'm not exactly fond of that community.
Jerry BEmployee knew exactly what she needed todo to get the equipment checked in and get the renter back out the door

steve BI spent almost 4 hours to pick up a car after I arrived at the pickup location. No truck at the first place. redirected place truck canceled. Customer service was not helpful. verification was terrible. But I need to move out so I took it. It was a horrible experience. I wasted my day.
