The truck was very dirty in the back area but the truck overall was decent.

Brian BNothing needed. Service was great
Celeste BWhen I originally made my reservation I accidentally put return truck instead of one way. When I arrived at the Ferndale Glen Burnie office, they told me I had to go to Odenton Md to pick up a truck for one way. I rode to Odenton and was told instead of my cost of $80, it would now be $169 because it's one way ( I was not told this by the Glen Burnie store) So my bill went from $19 + mileage for a small rental truck $80 to $169. This is ridiculous! I feel like this is the old bait and switch. I cannot recommend U-Haul truck rental to anybody. I feel like I was robbed. I think U-Haul should have honored my first estimate $80 especially since I was not told of the price increase until I arrived in Odenton Md. I look forward to hearing from a U-Haul representative soon. Thank you.
