The hood latches were not fastened when I picked up the truck. I discovered this as I was going down the interstate and the hood almost flew off. I had to immediately pull over to the side of the road before an accident occurred.

The female employee who was at her desk inside the business had absolutely no business working with the public. I felt as though I was bothering her from the time I entered the business until I received my receipt. The young man who checked me in was nice and efficient. Based on my experience, I could not recommend this UHaul to anyone.

Peggy is amazing!!!! She helped me so much. Told me what I needed to make the mive a success, blankets, rope, lock, packing material. She was understanding when I needed to change the date of my move. I can't say enough positive things about Peggy. This was a hard move, from Florida to Texas, and Peggy helped make it easier. Pricing isn’t as true as they claim..The ignition was faulty and if you don’t let them know immediately through the U-Haul link immediately the link will expire as soon as you leave the lot

Consider doing a tire pressure check as part of the trailer hookup process. One of mine was < 10 psi. Luckily I caught it before leaving.

I needed to change the rental as I no longer needed the car dolly. There was no way on the website to do that. In the store, they could not do it either. They ended up cancelling the reservation and then creating a new one.

The air conditioning was not working in the Customer service area which was very uncomfortable while waiting to get the vehicle. However the staff was friendly and helpful which made the experience very good.

I got a call/vm and returned the call. The customer service had no idea why they called. I got another call and was told I hadn’t returned my call which I had. Then the lady said she called because she didn’t have the code to the lock and it was stuck. I provided her with code although I don’t think that was for me to provide. Then I explained to her how to open it and told her it was hard. She then asked if I had trouble with the door because it was broken. I explained it had always been hard to open and asked about being charged for a broken door. She HUNG UP ON ME! this is the second time I have had awful service at this specific location and on a third occurrence I witnessed the manager YELLING at a guest and then berating her employees to the point I was uncomfortable being in the building

The truck did not drive well but the branch experience was much, much better than two weeks before. It was so nice not to have to use the online program! It was much faster and smoother. Thank you!

I pulled in at 5pm witha full load and my car on the dolly. They helped me unload the car and unhook the dolly. I got clear instructions on how to return the truck after hours. Their driveway off the main road is very wide, and their lot is easy to maneuver in.

I really like where you’re going with the new platform. Much faster, efficient method to process truck rentals. Your team would benefit greatly with better connectivity (faster internet) so the can work faster within “the system” and store needs Wifi so that guests can upload documents faster. It a bit awkward and mildly frustrating for both the team member and customer; and it slows down what could be a much faster process.

The people at both locations were very nice and helpful. The truck was clean. I told the attendant the truck engine revved up without the accelerator being pressed twice. The first time the truck was headed for the gas station building. The second time it was headed for a parked truck in front of me. I had to slam on the brakes both times. It is an intermittent problem.

Better staffing in morning when many customers desire to pick up their rentals and get moving. Usually only one person manning counter and line of customers gets backed up. Two recent experiences, there was only one person issuing out equipment and wait again was quite disconcerting.

While the location was nice and the employees were all nice. I was highly disappointed that when I arrived and expected to do the mobile pickup like I had done for 2 other trucks in the past week, I was told “no vehicle has been assigned to you, please go inside”. It shouldn’t have been a big deal except when I walked in there was a line 15 people long with 2 people running the registers. I asked someone if I still needed to wait even though I had a reservation and they said yes. It took me 30mins to get to the register. Then waited outside for my truck to be pulled up for another 15mins. When it came time to inspect it, the link that was texted to me said “no photos for your vehicle” then when trying again said “link no longer valid”. The guy inspecting with me had to do it manually with carbon paper. With a wife and two kids waiting in the parking lot the whole time, it took me a total of 1 hour to get out of the location with a truck. That’s an hour out of my rental time and my full day of loading the truck with no compensation even though uhaul sent me to this location instead of my original choice.
