It was a multitude of error on behalf of UHaul corporate, equipment, and communications- I have leased UHauls from the same location for which I made a reservation (UHaul changed location, location sent was a disaster, truck had flat tire, changed to smaller truck, charged same amount, reserved a dolly (was not avi le), truck had 39 miles of fuel for a reservation for a one way 120 mile trip (listed in reservation), transmission light and function of vehicle awful, and had to argue with UHaul as they attempted to change return location trying to have use drive 28 miles away…. Utterly awful I will be contacting corporate and regional to obtain satisfaction to this awful experience….

Absolutely horrible!! My second rental with U-Haul within 72 hours and both this location, and the one on 50 were absolutely horrible from the lack of initiative, or understanding from their staff, the incessant calls to customer service. I had to make to have issues resolved, this has been by far the worst 72 hours. I can without it out say I would never recommend this location to anybody if you need to drive further out of your way, go ahead and do that, so you avoid the lack of propriety from their staff.
vivien sVery professional!

Anny CAfter pulling the truck into the parking area and getting out, the lady asked us to back it into a tight spot. We did but aren't sure why we were asked to do that when 2 employees were standing there. If we had hit something, would we be responsible? We should have declined.
