Location was closed at time of drop off, but I closed my rental agreement by telephone with a conversation with personal conversation even though it was Sunday. The person that answered walked me through the process without rushing. He was very pleasant

Jorge AI had to call when I picked up and waited 20minutes for him to get there then another 20 mintues for him to fill out the paperwork and I called and verified 3 days before and said i was on the iterenary out all the paper work I also have gotten 4 different receipts with 4 different amounts it was 11am not 10am returning the truck was easy
