Reserved a 20 ft truck-it was changed to a 15 ft truck without advising me until the pickup. This resulted in several 140 k roundtrip moving trips. Actual movers associated with the final move had to be rescheduled at extra cost- it was brutalNancyMarie E.

Left turn signal failed during the rental. Was tested and working at time of rental but stopped working mid trip.Paul M.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The truck worked well. To your text message regarding mobile checkout, maybe add "... before you lock the vehicle". I had locked and dropped the key off before following the link so pictures inside were impossible to take. I did capture the odometer reading but was unable to add it to the checkout app as it only allowed new pictures. Maybe put a sign where your drop box is, and put a handle on it. I think it would be expected that each vehicle is inspected and sanitized prior to being rented out again so the extra $20 fee appears to be unnecessary. May want to at least clean the windshields of bird droppings and bugs before renting vehicles. I realize the rental purpose is for hauling, but this is a simple thing to do and when not done, as in our case, makes it look like the company doesn't care. All in all, the vehicle did what we needed to do. The external mirrors on that model of GMC are poor compared to other vans I have driven.Jules C.

Location staff were great! But the central reservation experience was very poor. I had to spend HOURS on the phone to try making a change to pick up location, got disconnected several times. Then for some reason H-Haul decided to change the location on their own without telling me. I found that out when I arrived at the Oakville location, when they told that my reservation was changed to London pick-up, and it is a pick-up truck not a cargo van as requested. I hat a mess!! Oakville was however able to still give me the equipment originally requested. Then an hour later London location calls me to ask if I was picking up my Cargo van!! I said I didn't know that U-haul had changed the reservation to London. And Oakville and old me that it was a pick-up truck waiting for me in London. LONDON told me that they had a bunch of cancellations the morning of. What a mess! Also I spent 20 minutes looking for the drop off box upon retiring the rental and couldn't find it. Normally it is locatf near the main entrance, but it was not found. Put a sign or something telling people where the drop off box is!!! Very disappointed!!!AWADALLAMAURICE M.
