The truck was returned totally clean. I swept it out so that even the leaves that were there before I had it were cleaned out. Charging for cleaning was totally bogus. Also bogus was the charge for 5 gallons of gas. I received the truck with the gas meter reading half full and I returned it half full. I have pictures to confirm this & will gladly send them to you if you’ll tell me how. Customer's need warned that drop off locations will add bogus fees just so they can profit. This is stealing!!!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe U-Haul app was rather glitchy and not easy to navigate. However, I experienced excellent customer service when I called the line. When booking a U-Haul here, make sure to ask for the Wifi Network and password so that you can use the app properly. This location is located in a spot with limited cell reception.
