Car Wash was an excellent pickup location. I had a huge mishap with U-Haul’s reservation system, which was so bad I had to be directed to three different pickup locations. I’m glad Car Wash was the last one—they got me everything I needed in a timely manner. Had a good checkout experience as well.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI ready paid rental fee and mileage fee from Uhaul, but the salesman overcharged me $20 of oil fee. I think that's not reasonable. I need a refund of it from your commpany!!!
Haitao QWe booked a 20ft truck then didn't have it, instead he said we could use 2 ten foot trucks for the same price then at the end of the day charged us for both. Cost an extra 70 bucks. The guys really nice but he's a scammer or at least not honest.
Abigail JGood service
Wendell JUnsafe location with a really shoddy office, and the listed phone number is not the correct one. No key drop off location. I was told by uhaul on the phone to “slide it under the door” but there is a fence closing off the lot.
